Re: Arda Solitaire
I am Roger, the one in Oakville. Your rules for solitaire are interesting. They are similar to the ones of "calasmar" on BGG. However, the main difference is calasmar was pairing a site with a playable card. Your system is closer to the "real" rules, that is you still have to tra...

Re: Saving the Game Letter - Problems & Possible Solutions
@Frodo and Thorsten: I totally agree with you all, the future of the game MECCG is at stake. I want my children to play this game but it is not ready. I want this fantasy world to live. The game is too complex, for sure. The Starter or Region move, by itself, is already quite challenging to figure o...

Re: Poll: using symbols in meccg textbox
I think icons should be used more often. The cc icon is unreadable. The automatic Attack icon should be implemented.
Also, there should be icons for item types, playable on some sites or not.

Re: Cards for Arda Expanded World
@vastor I tried mse, to have a first look at the Arda Expanded World pictures, but it says that it can't find the "dc" stylesheet. It is nowhere to be found. It is a file with " .mse-style" as file extension. It could be placed in the folder "\metw\development\mse", so ...

Re: Cards for Arda Expanded World
@vastor Thank you for the answer. This seems a tiny community of dedicated fans. I came on GCCG SVN, found it rich but deserted. Extremely well done. However, as a total newbie, I can tell you this is not very user friendly. The "observe" feature didn't work when I tried. It would be nice ...

Re: Cards for Arda Expanded World
Thank you. In your procedure description, it was not clear MSE had to be installed. To promote Arda, it would be simpler to gather all cards within the same downloading procedure, be it MSE or the one you used for MECCG. I cannot help much, I never played MECCG. However, I'm curious and I want to de...

Arda Janus variant
I’m a complete newbie and I want to start an Arda game at 4 players. My concern is I want to make it without the deck building part, too abstract for newbie participants at the beginning. I want to include all my cards, maybe 700, from the sets of The Wizards, The Dragons, Dark Minions, The Lidless ...
