Re: A manual containing all rules (MeCCG All-in-One Rulesbook)
Thanks, what a beautiful document! Is the intention of these rules to be identical to the ones over here (albeit presented differently): https://www.councilofelrond.org/rules/ ? This book only contains texts and rules from official sources, exactly as they were written by ICE at the time or by the ...

Re: A manual containing all rules (MeCCG All-in-One Rulesbook)
I hope that you will find this document helpful. You can download it here: https://github.com/MeCCG-AiO-Rulesbook/MeCCG-All-in-One-Rulesbook/blob/main/MeCCG-AiO-Rulesbook.pdf The document looks fantastic! Having said that, posting it only on GitHub limits the audience. Hence, I have taken the liber...

I'm no expert but this looks to be a huge achievement. The english could be improved in one or two places but that's a very minor comment. Sure, I'm not a native English speaker. Il did the best I could. please feel free to report on the errors found and we will do our utmost to correct them in fut...

A manual containing all rules (MeCCG All-in-One Rulesbook)
I have been working on a document containing all the official MeCCG rules. At first it was a document for personal use, but someone saw it and told me that I should share it, so that's what I do now. Collecting all the official material available in a single document and making it functional and eff...

Playable on a moving company. The company must do nothing during its site phase if it has a [-me_fd-] in its site path "...and they were also no longer certain of the direction in which they were going." -LotRI Ok. But according to the reprinted version of Lost in Free-domains in the Chal...

Re: Untapping of not tapped cards
I think that the NetRep of ICE had it clear: ICE RULES DIGEST 107 10-07-1998 Author: Craig Ichabod O'Brien Source From: Martin Toggweiler <mtogg...@compuserve.com> [Concerning the Free Council] I was surprised to read in Steven Brown’s report on Origins that Cram can be discarded to untap a characte...

Re: Untapping of not tapped cards
Minion The Worthy Hills never taps. Is it obstacle to play at minion The Worthy Hills the cards that according to their main effect tap a site (e.g. Secrets of Their Forging)? The NetRep of ICE already dealt with this question: ICE RULES DIGEST 35 27-01-1998 From: Tommi Juhani Ronkainen 2. A compan...

Re: FW Resource Permanent Events and Orcs/Trolls
ICE Rules Digest says about discarding revealed agent who has moved to a site to which he may not move legally. No, that's not what the ICE's NetRep is saying, Can an Agent be revealed/used at its homesite, if its homesite is a Wizardhaven for the opponent if the Agent cannot normally move to a Hav...
