Wow, I hadn’t logged in for a couple of months and came today. At first I thought, weird, what is going on?
Congratulations! It looks very pleasant.

Re: SPOILER Errors - Post Here
Sacrifice of Form: "Place any items he controls under his card"; "his" should be "this" Good to find that this was pointed out, as I was having a hard time trying to understand the text in the spoiler files. I want to point out that in the DC version of the digitalized...

Re: "double Doors" beats Twilight
Hello Konrad, thanks. I understand what you explain here, but I think my confusion was to think that the second copy of DoN should be discarded because of duplication, what in fact shouldn’t (unless I have another confusion that I didn’t notice. Well that is always ).

Re: "double Doors" beats Twilight
Thank you CDavis7M, it is clear now. For any reason, I was thinking DoN could discard Twilight (as the last can be played as resource or hazard), but now that I remember, it cannot. So I thought the reason that in this example that didn’t happen was the discarding of DoN because of duplication. But ...

Re: "double Doors" beats Twilight
(a) and (b) do not resolve . They are a cards in play, not a declared actions. (c) is declared, (d) is declared. (d) resolves (2nd copy of Doors of Night appears in play), (c) resolves (discarding 1st copy of Doors of Night in play). Hello, I am back after a couple of years. I hope there is place h...

Re: Alone and Unadvised with joining
Therefore, you count all the region symbols in the site path for a card such as Alone And Unadvised. Thank you. So has more "real world" meaning, too. Unfortunately, I played yesterday AaU on Aragorn giving him 6 CP. But he made only two cc (and passed them) when he moved alone through fi...

Re: Alone and Unadvised with joining
Hello: I have two more questions regarding AaU, please: 1) If the company moves with starter movement: count this as only two regions, or should I count the region symbols in the site path? I think it is the first, but I am not really sure. 2) As the text says: "All of his checks are modified b...

Re: Influence: Wizard-Ringwraith
To answer your question: The METW rule you quoted refers to non-Wizard characters. Followers are non-Wizard characters and may therefore be influenced. Ditto allies. Ok, but what I meant was that this follower was not a wizard's follower. But now that I better think, the rule don't say that clearly...

Influence: Wizard-Ringwraith
Hello: In case of an influence attempt against a character (or other) of the opponent: Influencing an Opponent’s Character To attempt to influence one of your opponent’s non-Wizard characters you must make an influence check. You make a roll (2D6) and: ... (outlined mine, in Konrad style :D ) and, f...

Re: About palantir of elostirion
And now are the corner and discussion visible (for unlogged and logged). I will take a look gradually in the old discussions. I noted also that I have the 1.1 version of the Universal Rules Document, but had overlooked that there is a newer file in google docs.

Re: About palantir of elostirion
Ok. I can see the NetRep Corner under RULES AND RULINGS, but only if I visit the forum unlogged. If I log in, I see onlye Rules Questions. I know that the NetRep Corner was made invisible (I read once a thread), but I don't know why it is visible for unlogged visitors.

Re: About palantir of elostirion
But if someone want to be consistent and use some card as it was (probably) intended by its creator, then sometimes he must make/demand/request errata for that card. Or to find other pattern and be consistent without errata. And regarding that. Is there still a regular update of the rules? I rememb...

Re: About palantir of elostirion
Hero Palantír of Amon Sûl can use ability of minion Palantír of Elostirion (that after "With its bearer able to use a Palantír."). I understand your reasoning, it make a lot of sense, it is rigorous and I agree with it. But I wonder if ICE had the real intention of that. Because with hero...

Re: About palantir of elostirion
Part of effects of hero Palantír of Amon Sûl was not usable until Lidless Eye. Likewise A Malady Without Healing was not feasible until White Hand (the card cannot be played on opponent's character, and minion player does not control hero characters). I don't understand this, as the text is ‐ Great...
