you receive 2 as it is an non-unique quest, but even as a minion you cannot have more than 2 starting companies, so there is no way to play a 3rd one ever!

That's true, he does not show up in the list, but you can still add him manually in the text boxes below, just write: "1 Ori"

Hi, I don't think it's a mistake since the way to test those gold rings is to play Ringlore which does not require a roll. With Ringlore you can replace any gold ring with any lesser/magic/dwarven ring (except the one ring).
