Agents can be characters for minion and Fallen wizards? If this is true then you can choose whether they are an agent or characters as the game progresses?

Can Some one give me a run down on how agents work in the game? How do you get them to sites? How do they get in the game, ect. Why play them upside down vs face up, how do they become revealed? Are they considered on guard at home sites? When a party arrives at a site where they are at what happens...

Is there a way to get 2 of these playmats?
