may "aragorn II" be brought into play any time AND at any site with "strider"?

no result with the search... "lucky search": is the item tapping the site? what says "cannot be canceled" for the following attack? can an item cancel this attack or does it interrupt the chain of events ? may any non-special item be played at this site then? like... a hoard-item...
