John Howe maintains a small workshop inside the tower and he's occasionally there in person (not when...

Re: Reused art

Though the hilts are different, the blades of Anduril are similar wrt to the engravings of sun, stars and moon in the Aragorn and Anduril illustrations. The close-up of Aragorn is from the full-scale painting.

Re: The Valar/Maiar Quiz

Thanks everyone who participated! I got submissions from 6 people. Some of you also handed in detailed extra-information and reasoning that was interesting to read, thank you! All your answers combined, you would have succeeded. Unfortunately, I'm sorry those of you getting closest to (what I regard...

Here we go: Who of the Valar and Maiar feature in ME card titles? (except the 5 Wizards) Have a thought (or read the Valaquenta again), screen the card lists and ...

Too bad, this series was available in German, too, but as it's outdated now it has been removed from the TV station's server

A note of caution on possible trade scams

I had recently been asked by a user of this forum for a trade involving several cards. As they couldn't provide any references I insisted on them shipping first. Now with about a month gone by, the shipment has not arrived and my recent PMs still haven't left my outbox (i.e. haven't been read, obvio...

Re: Modified art

The orc painting on the right is not the original but a re-paint that was made years afterwards.
