Re: Difficulty of Scenarios

I'm OK with this list, except for Gollum's Fate which is in my opinion the harder scenario.

Re: Thoughts about TPs

The idea is very nice !
But I think scenario TPs should not depend of victory or loss ; so in your case if scenario is fulfilled it gives always 7, 6 or 5 TPs, whatever MPs are.

The problem would be indeed to assign a difficulty to each scenario.

Re: [Deck hero] March of the Ents

Thanks, as the complete review took me lots of time ! - Since long I'm convinced Looking from Mind to Mind is too powerful. - A new ranger Hobbit would be indeed perfect. - I will change Gildor Inglorion for a Mallorn-dweller, which has the advantage too to have Lorien as home site (for Welcome by L...

Master of Wood, Water or Hill

Master of Wood, Water, or Hill Ritual. Tap a sage to change one Wilderness [w] to a Border-land or Shadow-land [s] or one Shadow-land [s] to a Wilderness [w] or one Border-land to a Wilderness [w]. Sage makes a corruption check. Is it possible to target any region on the map, even if no company tra...

Re: [Deck hero] March of the Ents

Before going far away to Taur Romen, an old establishment of Entwives was found not far from Fangorn, located at Hermit's Hill. It seems Entwives lived there at the same time when they lived in Brown Lands. From a gameplay point of view, when I first played the deck, Entwives were playable in Wilder...

[Deck hero] March of the Ents

This is my second Dreamcards deck, and I chose to built it around my favorite race, the Onodrim. Ents arouse and become unexpectedly one the major force within the struggle at the End of the Third Age (which give the name of the deck). Ents are convinced by Galadriel and Celeborn, the mighty Elves (...

Re: [Hero (Gandalf) vs. Hero or Minion] Reborn of Eriador

Indeed, the deck is not very efficient against Gondor deck, but as you pointed out, it doesn't really matter, because it's rather a fun deck than a competitive one. As creature, only Lesser Spider and Neeker-breekers hinder. More event event may hurt (Alone and Unadvised, Foolish Words, Call of Home...

[Hero (Gandalf) vs. Hero or Minion] Reborn of Eriador

Gandalf wants to turn Eriador from a wasteland back to a civilized area. He thus gathers scattered folk of NW Eriador : Elves, Dwarves and Dunedain. Meanwhile, Gandalf has heard rumours about a Ring of Power, and enlists Hobbits to discover it. Indeed, nobody pay attention to the little folk within ...

Deck 5 : Alliance of Free Peoples

DR: none. WR: Alliance of Free Peoples is in play. A company contains three characters with a mind higher than 6. One of those has to be an Elf, one a Man and one a Dwarf. A company containing these characters has successfully played a Valiant Sword at a normal site (not a haven). This deck is base...

Thoughts about TPs

See beginning of topic here : http://www.meccg.net/dforum/viewtopic.p ... ght=#21171

I think B result (loss with scenario) must be rewarded at least as much TPs as C result (win without scenario).

Re: Two new scenarios

These scenarios are quite interesting thematically, although I dislike the Wizard's Ring in the second.

Re: Scenario 2 : Gollum's Fate

With this scenario there's almost no chance to have more MPs than your opponent.
So I think if scenario is fulfilled, the player has automatically 12 TPs.
And because it's the "ultimate" scenario, I think opponent will NOT have 12 TPs.

Re: Tournament points for ties ?

I assume a tie is liked losing for both players.
So a tie with scenario fulfilled is 2 TPs, and a tie without scenario fulfilled is 1 TP.
