I just don't use them so they sit collecting dust. With a houseful of the female of the species, I doubt that situation is going to improve drastically over time. ;) Ultimately they'd be better off being loved and adored by some other person; one who's got the time to play and the playgroup to play ...

£700 !

It's hard to imagine someone shelling out that on e-bay... lol. Hmm, perhaps, it would be a better idea to sell sets individually?

Costing an MeCCG collection?

Hey folks,

How much in £ would 1 (in fact, this is closer to 2) complete set of MeCCG cards expect to fetch these days? This includes 2 MeBa sets, countless additional rares, and with all cards being in mint/near mint condition (and sleeved).

I'm considering selling.

Best

Hey guys, sorry for being absent so long. My teaching semester started at the end of August so I've been in a different mode. I think we should prioritize two things at this point: getting the virtual set #1 finished, and a second matter which I need to post about and invite all you to please contr...

Thanks for the cleaner version B_took. One minor change however. When I mentioned it would continue to frustrate and alienate players, I was really referring to non-new players. I agree with Thorondor that new players won't really care too much about the specifics, including the crf, errata an...

Until someone takes the initiative and grabs this game's ambiguous rules and rulings by the baws, it'll continue to frustrate and alienate players.

But that's for effects that are played during the organisation phase... The comparison of ItHoHR with Snowstorm isn't really a valid one, since once resolved, the action of returning a company back to its site of origin isn't one that's reversible. Ahunts also work by the same manner: a passive cond...

I believe B_took is correct, but then I've been arguing this card's case for many a moon. "No character moving through a dark domain can use spells" is to me an effect, not an action (an action will typically have a conclusion). Once this card has resolved, anyone with DD or Dh in their si...

Does the Ranger have to tap for the river, or just tap (for anything) after the river is played? For example, could the Ranger tap for some other card effect after the river has been played and this suffice for the river?

It's a good point Bandobras.

There's no active NetRep so to speak, so good luck getting it considered...

Hi,
I've done all of these save First of the Order since it wasn't clear whether the text had been finalised yet, or whether it was still under discussion?

As soon as I know I'll send an updated batch to Marcos.

If your play partner is constantly using SoF, I'd suggest changing tack with your creatures. For instance, use creatures like the Cave Worm or Rain Drake. They will force the sacrifice under most circumstances and yet only impart one measely point.

You've taken the tack of nerfing as opposed to boosting. However, I do agree with the Balrog 2-minder and Great Shadow. I can't comment on Carambor since I haven't seen the deck in question. Trust miguel to find it, lol. ;) But that's just the tip of a rather large iceberg I'm afraid and I'm not alt...

But there is a more complex reason for tournament frustration. At the Worlds level, and any other national or local tournament with a decent attendance, frustration with tournament scenes is happening (when they happen) because of a lack of new deck ideas. The same strong deck types are consistentl...
