Fallen-wizard – playability of different versions of the same site
If any version of a site is in play or in your discard pile, you may not play another version of that site. Strictly reading of this CRF would mean that you - as a Fallen Wizard - may not move to your opponent's current site with any of your companies if you have to use the same version of such a s...

Re: DC tournament rules for alignments
Yes, that would make sense, theme wise at least. One could argue as well, however, that there are special rules for Heros, Minions, Fallen Wizards, Balrog, Lords, War-lords, Dragon-lords. All of those could therefore be seen as different alignments. According to non DC-rules a Balrog player is consi...

Re: DC tournament rules for alignments
No one has a clue? Reading this: When playing a Lord avatar, assume you are a Fallen-wizard player, unless specified otherwise below. there might be another possible answer for question 2: d) any Dwarf-, Elf-, and Atani-lord or Fallen Wizard My hunch would be that the answers are: b) and b) That is ...

Worlds 2018 decklists
Finally, all decks from the 2018 finalists are accessable here. I have no confimation yet for Patric's decks, though, but I think the linked decklists are the ones he used (more or less at least).

Re: What does it take to run a tournament?
Some thoughts: - The most important thing nowadays is that there are some people willing to have fun. - Prizes are nice of course but this shouldn't be of high priority, imho. It could be a good idea to have every participant receive some boosters, sleeves or signed cards for example. Then some extr...

Karsten's report part 2
As promised, here is part two of my tournament report: Saturday night the meta-gaming began. I was pretty sure that either Patric or Heiner would play Fallen Radagast in the finals. While I had only a vague idea about what Mark would play, I guessed Hero Short Rest. These decks in mind I decided to ...

On Friday I played Hero Sealed tournament. I don't remember that much of it, besides that it was much fun. So let's start directly with the main event.... On Saturday we had Worlds semi-finals. We were 13 players, iirc, who took part in this tournament. According to the Council of Lorien tournament ...
