Re: COE Agenda 2010/11 - list of items

New charter for CoE is priority I'd say. It's the basis. However, that doesn't mean action/discussion on other projects has to wait, just that nothing definite can be undertaken for things that await the new charter. Errata is main issue here. It would be good to assign for each project a CoE membe...

Re: COE Agenda 2010/11 - list of items

another general remark: in the past the COE has been accurate when it comes to motions: a proposal was made, a period of discussion followed, if needed some changes to the proposal, finally voting. problem was, it took ages to come to a decision (because often COE members didnt care as they should ...

Re: ICE-Era Rulings and Conservatives

I think Nico never said that DC play already left the playtesting process. I always looked at it as such. Well, before this discussions wholly turns into the DC direction we should return to the core of this thread: Would it be o.k. if the CoE would make changes to ICE-era rulings? As said before, I...

Re: On the Balrog 2-Mind rule and the Real Culprit

I totally agree with Wolfgang here.

Moreover I also think that it's not overpowered to bring in 3-minders from sb as a Balrog player. The problem lies solely with WHCtK - that's just too good (I can live with the way it is played, though!).

Re: A Universal Rules Document?

Excellent! Keep this thing going. Just one little note: I would suggest that you keep to common/often used terms that are also mentioned on cards. As an example, Company vs. Company Combat (or CvCC ) is not mentioned anywhere in the document. Instead you use Combat As The Result of an Opposing Compa...

Re: Charter Amendment (and/or rewrite) Involving Errata

Just a short remark. 3) We contact the National councils about the errata and ask them to ratify it with their vote within thirty days. 4) If a majority of the National councils that respond vote yea, then the rule is ratified and will come in to force thirty days after the end of the voting period....

Re: ICE-Era Rulings and Conservatives

Being a devotee to Dream Cards I am of course not frightened by any new errata. :) I definitely support changing obviously miswritten cards. In most cases it is, however, not that easy to decide if a card is obviously miswritten or if there was some intent behind it. This being said I fully agree on...

Shapeshifter's Wants

Wants ( Haves in above topic) My wanted cards are divided into two different priorities. I'm looking especially for cards that are marked as high priority (red colour) . All other cards have a lower priority for me and I usually won't give away "good" cards for them. METW English ltd. Mou...

Very nice idea, I like it very much. I'm eager to playtest this at the next Lure.

P.S.: I think you don't need to excuse your English, it's good enough. :)
