3. Committee updates

a. Rules
The new CoE card database and beta version of the CoE tournament rules are now live! We discussed how to promote the new rules, since we expect CoE tournament organizers to adhere to this new framework moving forward. We also discussed a new "broken" deck that plays with 0 characters/companies and creates problematic play experiences, with some brainstorming about how to fix that although it might be best to let the next Council address.
- TASK: Ethan to announce new rules resources to e-mail distribution group and WhatsApp.

No updates.

c. Organized Play & Game Promotions
Registration is wrapping up for the “World Cup 2024” tournament! We discussed various issues that arose at the in-person Worlds 2024 and what we can learn from that experience. We also discussed optimal lengths for virtual tournament games, as well as how many tournaments should be held each year, although the committee could use more help organizing; perhaps we could put out a call for more tournament organizers in the wider community.
- TASK: Ethan to update and publish new Tournament Policies.
- TASK: Marc to poll online tournament participants to get more input on ideal game time limit for online tournaments.

d. Web-Based Initiatives
Our new website has been launched!

e. Dream Cards Committee
Shadow of Isengard is coming in the next year or two!

f. Administrative Committee
We need to start organizing for new elections. We talked a bit about how to make sure election goes smoothly.
- TASK: Manuel will post about new elections.
- TASK: Kodi will recruit an independent auditor.

4. Evaluate Meeting
Manuel emphasized how active and impressive our Council has been! We came in with a lot of work to do, and a lot has been done. Great job, team!
