Below is the timeline for the 2018 Annual Rules Vote (as outlined in our Charter). This timeline will comply with the Charter and also allow the Rules Oversight Committee to review all submissions to determine what will be included for this year's vote and prepare the ballot.

Friday, May 4, 2018 - DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS - All submissions must be posted in THIS FORUM viewforum.php?f=143 by this date in order to be considered.

Monday, June 4, 2018 - ANNUAL RULES VOTE BALLOT OPENS

Sunday, June 24, 2018 - ANNUAL RULES VOTE BALLOT CLOSES

The deadline has come for submissions for the 2018 Annual Rules Vote.

The forum is now locked and no new submissions will be allowed. Topics in this forum will remain open to discussion for now.

Your Rules Oversight Committee will review all submissions and assemble a ballot for the vote which will open on June 4th.

Thanks to all who took the time to contribute in some way!

Apologies, the 2018 ARV did not open on schedule - June 4th.

We expect to have it open at some point on Wednesday, June 6th.

The vote closing date will be pushed back 2 days and will stay open through Tuesday June 26th, in order to ensure 3 full weeks of voting opportunity.
