A note of caution on possible trade scams

I had recently been asked by a user of this forum for a trade involving several cards. As they couldn't provide any references I insisted on them shipping first. Now with about a month gone by, the shipment has not arrived and my recent PMs still haven't left my outbox (i.e. haven't been read, obviously). No damage's done (apart from having provided my address for the mailing), so just as a note of caution if you get approached by users without references or any other form of reliability records.
