Sealed Starter Decks .... How much are these worth?

2 sealed starter decks of some kind. One Saruman and one Gandalf. They are non-English language, I'm not sure what language. I think maybe these came as part of a Gift Box or Starter Set?

Can anyone tell me how much these are worth and if there are any randomized rares inside?

There used to be a list of all known MECCG products in all languages, but I can't seem to find it now. That said, those look like part of the Spanish starter set, which I think contains an alternate art Boromir II.

Starter Set:
One white and one grey bordered, they were published by Joc Internacional and I.C.E.

In this sets you'll find 8 unique cards with different art than the other languages:
3 x Huida
2 x tumulario
1x discusiones oscuras
1 x ramaviva
1 x Boromir II

I don't know about rares, but this set was on ebay for 39€. Unsold (i guess, i suddenly have a doubt about that...).
