Unfortunately it seems that this card has reached "collectible" status. This forum is a good place to ask but also try asking on the facebook group (Middle-earth Collectible Card Game (International) / MECCG / METW), there are a lot of collectors/traders on there.

It may not be possible, but I've found that local gaming groups are one of the best places to look for cards like these. There are some players listed here: viewforum.php?f=136

The last time I sold/traded someone The One Ring, he dunked it (the same damn card) on me in the first round of a tournament we played 18 months later, winning 8-0. Not again!
