METW Introductory decks files?

I have just put together some decks shown in this post https://www.facebook.com/groups/6301243 ... 723603472/

Does any one know where to get files to print those maps shown there? And is there recommended starting companies for the decks? I don't have a facebook account, so can't even read all of the comments there, as facebook has some stupid policies, neither ask about these directly there. This would help a lot, as these decks are going to people new to the game.
