Here.

Shows DI, Skills, Race, Prowess, Body, Corruption Modifier, Leader, and Agent. Also compares their expected Mind Value with their actual Mind Value.

The formula used to calculate the expected Mind Value can be found in this thread, with the following additions:
  • The ability to use a given type of magic counts as a skill.
  • Being a leader is worth an extra mind point.
  • Being an Agent is worth a half a mind point discount
As Jaded mentions in the other thread, card text doesn't consistently impact a character's mind value in any way, shape, or form.
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.

So, if I understand it correctly, the higher the "Difference value", the better the character in a somehow "cost/efficiency" ratio. Is that correct? I've never thought about it, but seems quite logical that ICE used some kind of formula to adjust the mind/prowess/body/etc to make everything more or less balanced.
Círdan appears as one of the best, as it always seemed to me...
C'mon, not the Elves of Lindon AGAIN...

Yes; it's their anticipated mind subtracted by their actual mind; a negative number means you're getting less value per mind point, stats-wise.

Keep in mind that a character's card text can make a large difference; Fatty's value isn't necessarily in his stats.

On the other hand, Cirdan's no slouch in the card text department, either.

please relink or post the formula for expected mind value here, as the link doesn't seem to work anymore.

Even correcting for dforum -> forum, it looks like the original either no longer exists or is stuck behind permissions.

Its right there? Can you not see the sheet?

Well, anyway:

Anticipated Mind = DI + Number of skills/magic + 0.5(total Prowess, Body, Corruption) +1 Leader -0.5 Agent - 4.5
