Thanks for your post. I agree, it should. The issue at the moment is the URD needs to be reviewed, updated, and officially endorsed by the CoE before being posted to the home page. This is something that I intend to see through. Things are a bit busy right now with all of the website/forum related improvements, the new Dream Card set coming out soon, the Worlds event next month, and the problems with GCCG. So "Rules Upkeep and Cleaning" I think has been put on the back burner at the moment.

I am going to leave this thread as an open topic in this New Report / Request forum until it can be addressed.

We are currently in the process of publishing an updated and official version of the URD. Once it is complete, it will be linked to the home page.

Since there is nothing further to address with this report, I am moving this to the Resolved Reports / Requests forum.
