feature request: attachments

I just spent quite a while trying to get the schedule for worlds 2006 up; if I had been able to attach the excel document, it would have taken 10 seconds. Any way for us to have some (small) attachments in here?

There's a mod that I just have to add to the code to make it work. I'll try to do it either tonight or tomorrow.

Unfortunately, I did experience a problem: the file extension xls (excel) is not allowed...

Whoops! I spoke too soon, but its fixed now. I didn't realize it bans all files except images by default. I switched it to allow them all now, so it should be working.
