Council of Elrond

Fellow MECCG-lovers!

I think the main page needs an update. The "current" council is the one from 2007/08 and the "past" ones are till 2006/07. The same holds true for "Major decisions" and "International tournaments".
Sorry for creating more work for the admins and big thanks to them for their great job.
