Yeah I had a great time, even though I got lured into playing the main event so I actually didn't play any deck of my own in the end, and scored two games with 0 mp's, hehe, the creatures ruled this weekend, especially the nameless creatures.
We didn't do a count, but I think I won Arda because Domse snake eyed his Fili with Narsil and I killed his Galadriel and your Khamul the Easterling...I'll try to invent cards next time that are beer proof for you
Stone-age did not end because man ran out of rocks.

Thanks Karsten for organizing a national championship once again! We had a great time and I hope we all meet at Lure.

My card flow was amazing (Bernd can tell!) and I didnt make much mistakes. 5th round vs Heiner would have been cool. He was pretty sure that he would have beaten my deck. He should have proven it!

Hi Martin,

congrats again for becoming the new german champ in a very impressive and earned style ;-). Sure I would have liked to play with you the final battle, even I think i would have not have changed the final result. For sure I would not have won 6 -0 and so you would have been the new champ in any chase ;-)

In fact I was very glad to become runners up with my hero deck. It worked very well, especially if you consider that I build only a single deck for facing wizard/minion and fallen wizard opponents. This is always a littel bit a trade off and so I think there is some room for improvement left ;-.).
It is a good tournament deck with a high fun factor to play, running arround with a whole bunch of 5 and 6 minders without a noble wizard supporting them ;-).

Thanks to carsten for the great organisation and the you latest on the lure.

Bye

Heiner

Congratulations to Martin from me too!

I played my deck from worlds in the main event. Unluckily I had to face Bernd in the first game. I dont think I ever won against him in a competitive game... Further bad luck on some rolls gave him a 5-1. From then on I struggled to keep in toch with the best. A 6-0 against Martin Fuchs and a hard-earned 4-2 against Birk really brought me back to the top. Last game was against Mario who was playing a Radagast-Eriador-Deck I knew very well....but... he got Radagast first and my deck got too slow... In the end Mario got third, me 10th... Still it was a nice event, even though a 5th round would have added some fun IMO.

Evening ARDA round.... Karsten, I am sure Eric won, but the details about how he won seemed new to me too...

Sunday I played my first dreamcard event. Fascinated by the possibilities of some dreamcards I built a "A NEW RINGLORD"-Deck I never playtested. It turned out to be so cheezy, that I now have to say SORRY to all my opponents. I won 2 games without encountering any great problems and lost 1 to Bernd which was only because my first Fallen-Wizard was in the last third of the deck... I heard Nico already errated the cards: Better for everybody!

It was real nice seeing you all! See you at lure!
