MECCG GCCG World Championships 2011 (Jan. 14-15/2012)

I am wondering about the few responses here, seems the online worlds will be a very private thing

. May be a good idea to let the people make a registration here in the forum before?!

Hope you get you computer up an running again?! The earlier we know if we will play the better because before christmas a lot other things have to be done on weekends (buying presents, visting christmas markets,...).

i got my computer working, but i still don't have GCCG nor my .gccg folder. I need to get some more stuff fixed. So for now the tourney will be postponed.

yes i'm working on that. But i had to buy an adapter for my old drive, and now i am doing some backup

Hi marcos,

hope your PC is up and running again?!
I would propose to push the WC 2011 into the beginning of the next year and with a online pre-registration here in the forum in order to know how many participiants there will be.
If the exact date is long enough before, hopefully more people will participate. before christmas it will be hard to find enough people for playing, at least for me the last weekend was the last weekend possible for playing this year?!

Hi Marcos,

is the calendar of Argentina different to that of Germany ?
In Germany weekends are 7/8 and 14/15 of january 2012, hehehe

I guess 14/15th or even later would be the better pick!

In Poland we have the same calendar like in Germany so 14-15 is ok for me.

17:00 GMT First session of Championships.

Sunday :

14:00 GMT Second session of Championships.
