Also it is mentioned in other thread that you can have only ONE deck! Both FWs and Minions.

Added Heiner, still looking for one minion player.

Results Incorrect?

I've been reading CoL Tournament Policy and i am not sure, if the results are actually correct. I applied all 3 tie-breaking rules in the row for top 3. However, to me it seems that it is applied until one player is left. For other positions, the same 3 rules are repeated from the beginning instead of continuing from the step resolved the winner. That would mean that Manuel is of course winner by step I:
Head-to-Head. Tally the number of losses of each tied player from all games played with any other tied players. The players with the fewest total head-to-head losses stay in contention. All other players are out of contention.
Instead of continuing to step II, it seems to me that now the step I is repeated for Trossell and Heiner, which leads them swapping positions, since Trossell won Heiner.

Is this the latest known CoL policy:

Anyone?

To me it seems that indeed rules requires repeating all 3 steps when resolving multiple ties. It says
Those leading participants removed from contention are relegated to the tier of runners-up (and possibly could face another series of tie-breaking criteria-see below)
and
If multiple players are tied in a lower tier, the previously mentioned guidelines also apply. Replace the concept of players tied with the most points with players tied with the same number of points.
refering to the 3-step algorithm given.

Afaik you did it correctly. At least 1, 2 and 3 are definately correct due to the direct comparison.
