Standard Swiss Rounds based on the number of participants.
Distribution of rounds between days are voted during the first day.

What kind of format is scheduled? (sealed, preconstructed...)

Its 2-deck General Opponent. You have to build two decks (or just one,its your choice) one vs minion and one vs hero and choose one of them vs fallen.

it might be fun to organize side events, for fiday evening, and for those who stay after the 2-deck GO sessions.

Options might include:
Sealed hero
Sealed minion
DCGO
DCCD
Virtuals

Its quite interesting but im not sure if i can participate in them and also care about more than one event. It belongs to you marcos;) If we play more events, i prefer minion sealed. Most games in sealed mode based on hero, so changing it for one weekend can be funny.

ok so i will organize a Virtual cards tourney on friday evening starting at 21:30 GMT and a sealed minion tourney after the 2-deck GO sessions. The format will be compensated sealed, and each player will be available to buy new boosters after each round.

pitty you picked exactly that weekend.
My fly back from south america is on saturday the 20th and I will arrive in Germnay on sunday the 21th.
So no chance for me to participate.

Would it be possible to have the registration and first session on saturday one hour earlier? People working by night might have trouble to play if it starts so late.
