Looking for game and book stores in New York (and Baltimore)

Hi!
I'm travelling to New York next week and would like to visit some local game stores and book stores. Can you recommend some? I play board games, miniature games and card games and I'm especially interested in older games (like Dune etc).
If you guys could also help me find some great (second hand) book stores it would be great!
I will be also visiting Baltimore, but my schedule there is more limited. If there is some very special place to visit, I might be able to fit it in.
