I had an idea for either Hounds of Sauron or Our Own Wolves to encourage people to play the wolf factions:
Minion permanent event (2)
+1 to your influence checks against wolf factions and +1 body to your wolf allies. If you have at least 2 wolf factions and 3 wolf allies in play all your wolf allies receive +1 prowess and you receive this cards marshalling points.
I am not sure if the effects should count for both players, could depend on wether Hounds of Sauron or Our Own Wolves is virtualized for this. Both those cards are not very useful now and are perfect as title for this virtual version.

The Virtual Card Dwar Unleashed already highly encourages Wolf Factions and Allies. Many minion decks use Wolves as their ally points, as well -- I'm not sure any further encouragement is needed. 

I know the wolf allies are used often, but I do not see anyone playing the wolf factions. I want a boost for the wolf factions and thought it would be fitting to include the allies as well. In the requirements for the card I suggested the 2 wolf factions are the hard part to realize, not the 3 allies.
Also I do not think I will ever use Dwar Unleashed V, since I like Dwar for his ability if he is at a haven.

You don't want Dwar being able to use Region Movement at will and be in a company with non RWs?

Hounds of Sauron alternative use is really nice!
Play fallen Pallando, give Celeborn some Arcane Schooling and a Magic Ring of Shadows, put down some Never Refuse and kill all low prowess multiple strike creatures in your way
(he can still use some prowess bonus though).
So, better to use Our Own Wolves then. I think the idea is ok, though indeed the play of wolf allies needs no further stimulation, they get a lot of play. Perhaps you dislike them dying so quickly? Well, that's what they do. But the factions are not played often. So how about bonus for the dogs and on playing the faction, but not rewarding MP's? would avoid Ettenmore abuse as well.

An idea would be to only award those 2 MPs if you collect all 3 wolf factions. You probably have some wolf allies in play then as well, since it is real easy to play them.

I like leons new version.... getting the marsheling only if you have the factions... but giving the wolfs a bonus seams quiet fair to me....
