You can still use Sacrifice of Form to kill it, that's pretty thematic I say. Or Old Thrush, if he's not considered a ringwraith

But, issue is, the Balrog needs another card text, otherwise there is little point in playing it other than avoiding a nasty attack at Under Gates. We'll think of something, I'm sure of it, but I personally wouldn't consider it priority right now ...
