It's a minion minor item: -1 to the character's mind and +1 to their DI.

it's cool??? it's boring, sorry to say, I like the original better. And it serves no real purpose.

I would love to play a card like that...
sometimes there is just one point of influence mission for a certain cool starting company, when you want to controle one character by another.
Maybe boring...
but I think elegant design sometimes has to be boring.
