ok, heores can fly in eagles, then, why RW can't fly in their Fell beasts?
here comes a suggestion:
Messenger of Mordor V
Short event
Playable on a Ringwraith at Barad-Dur if it is in fell rider mode, is the only character in the company and he controlls no allies (except for a Creature of an older world). RW can move to any non site not in a or and hazard creatures can only be keyed to the company´s new site or region containing it. Hazard limit against this company increases by 2.
the image fits perfectly

"site not keyed in" ?
We will not speak of such things even in the morning of the Shire.

"can only be keyed to the company´s new site or region."
should be
"can only be keyed to the company´s new site or region containing it".
There is no "new company's region" strictly speaking.

Strictly speaking, what about a "company's new region?"Konrad Klar wrote:There is no "new company's region" strictly speaking.

Well, the technicalities and wordings aside, this card is really cool indeed! But why the restriction? I see no reason for it thematically, Isengard is in a borderland after all, and it weakens the card needlessly.
It does make Akhorakill even stronger though, that's what's worrying, maybe he should be excluded from this, moreover since he can get it easily and it would go back into the deck if he uses it. The creature does open him up to some dangers, but can cancel a strike, and if he wears the helmet...

Stone-age did not end because man ran out of rocks.
this card is no longer a magic card, so it doesn't go back to deck after akho uses it... you are right about the restriction, i wil modify it. About akho being stronger, that's why i added 2 to hazard limit, so 1 river can be enough to stop him even if he plays 3 deeper shadows...
Some suggested wording:
Messenger of Mordor [v]
Short event
Playable at the end of the organisation phase on a Ringwraith in Fell Rider mode at Barad-Dur. The Ringwraith can move to any non-Haven site that is not in a Coastal Sea or Free-domain . The hazard limit is increased by 2 for this company and hazard creatures can only be keyed to the company's new site/region.
The Fell Rider mode card discards allies and other RW followers (other than Khamul with a [v] Khamul Unleashed. Text on the Creature of an Older World only grants Fell Rider mode if there are no other allies in the company. Also, it would have to be played during the Org phase, otherwise one could theoretically move whenever you like.

Ah sorry, didn't see that and just assumed it was still spirit magic. Cool!
