there is a COE treasury existing, however, right now it looks like we cannot use it. any news about Chris Cable?
any idea how to handle this situation?

we need to get in control of the paypal account.
and then, we need a lot more transparency like regular reports on the momentary status of the treasury.
and of course we need someone else (more than 1 person to avoid a similar situation like right now) as the manager of the COE treasury.

i suggest wolfgang and brian to manage the treasury status, however, if chris cable is not possible to be contacted there isn't much that can be done...

In that case shouldn't we create new treasury for future. By the way how much money was on that paypal account? Wolfgang and Brian as new treasury holders are ok to me.

Could anybody tell me please how exactly the price support worked in the past and what went wrong. I only know half the story so far.

Brian and Wolfgang as treasure guards are fine to me. So we have one on both sides of the sea.

Chris Cable can't be contacted. I'd consider those funds lost for the time being. We should setup a Generic CoE Treasuery that can be tracked, etc.
