considering that only CoE members should have voted, we have a new chairman. Should this be veryfied by steffen?

congrats Eric!

I think we should institute a tradition of the new chairman buying cookies for all the other CoE members. ;)
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.

congrats Eric!
just to be sure, i will write to steffen. but this time everything should be okay.

explanation:
there are several options of permissions, like "read only", "standard", "standard+polls", ...
i thought "standard" (without polls) means users are excluded from polls at all. however, it prohibits them only from startng one, not from taking parted.
so for the second election everybody except the COE was set to "read only" status.

for the future i suggest we start a specific voting sub-forum which is coe-exclusively ("read only" to the rest of the board).

in the new COE charter i suggested June as the start of the new session.
so lets try to have the new COE members till then, which gives you some time for preparing the speech and cookies ;-)

and congrats to eric! sorry to marcos, (or should it be the other way round ;-)) - i am sure you would have been an excellent chair as well

Sure, 1-6 at 20.00 at my place, cookies for all, and we can seize that opportunity to hold a Council meeting and get a headstart.
