Wolfgang and I spoke about this at Worlds.... We both thought it would be nice if tourney organizers were able to share their local prizes with other organizers, so that more exotic items ended up in the hands of winners.
I'll be the first to volunteer: I am about to start manufacturing new Avatar Pins like the ones ICE made (a bit different, but same concept). In a couple weeks, I'll be ready to trade with other organizers for their prize materials (e.g., language-specific promos, cool trinkets, etc.).

i still can help with the german only promos (given there is still need of them). i also got some stock of spanish wolf riders.
then i have a few of those nice german boxes left, ideal for storing cards.
i have many signed cards. that´s something i started a long time ago, thus i have many contacts. and since i have masses of single rares, i might continue with this on a large scale.

Wolfgang and I just made the first exchange
He received 21 pins: one for each rw, 1 for the balrog, 1 for the LE, 5 wizards, and 5 fw.
I don't know what I'll receive yet.... Yay surprises!
Anyone else who would like to join the exchange system, just speak up! (National reps, please contact tourney organizers in your countries!)

Mikko and I are making an exchange this week.
I am also sending Manuel some prizes gratis .
I would like to expand this program to all under-served nations and tourney organizers. What does this mean? Well, two things:
(1) Others who have lots of inexpensive prizes should also volunteer to send stuff, and
(2) National reps should ASK HERE for their country's needs! (and by ask, I really mean -- just ASK )

This week I will send two very large maps to Spain for use (on the wall) at their national championship. I will keep 2 further maps in the USA. I suggest that the maps I send be transported from major tourney to major tourney in Europe -- a symbol of the CoE.
