chris cable is known since ages as a trustworthy person among the MECCG community, so he is the perfect choice for becoming the COE treasurer.

I made all CoE members moderators here, and now only moderators can vote. Still haven't heard from the accidental extra voter.
To whomever it is: please send me an email or PM to let me know which way you cast your votes. No one wants to punish you -- we just want to make sure the vote on taking a fee at tournaments was valid.
