Those who are in favor of having Joe Bisz be the VP for 09 reply with a yes, those against say no, those who abstain, reply abstain. I will run this for 1 week to allow for voting.

I'm going to have to vote no.
If Joe is too busy to drop by once in a week, I don't think he should be VP for the CoE.
We need active CoE members, people willing to drop by once a week, in my opinion.
