Hello,
here is what I like to help with or doing already anyway in some form:
- Rulings/Errata
- gccg
- prizes (COE packages for tourenys) ( I used to send along some DC stuff or the DCCDs box along to tourneys)
- promoting the game
- dreamcards
- virtual cards
- UEP
- national councils (only since I know many guys from GCCG & back in the days)
- newsletter

Ok, I have "wakeyed"!
I'm most interested in:
virtual cards
arda
promoting the game
rules
--and a new category: completely overhauling the game as we know it, i.e., a second edition
I've given up on the Newsletter--sorry guys. It is too unsatisfying to produce those issues and run into so many people who are aware of its existence, yet do not read/use it. (Kinda like the usage of the Virtual Cards--another big disappointment.) I think the other problems must be solved first--lack of community, lack of new players.

i would like to take up this discussion. here is a summary. there are several topics and people who volunteered to commited themselves to:
- Rules, Rulings/Errata: ben, mikko, konrad, joe, marcos, karsten
- Website: karsten, steffen, josh, mark, wolfgang,
- Charter rewrite: ben, eric, wolfgang
- gccg: marcos, wigy, nico, wlk
- players directory: wolfgang,
- prizes (COE packages for tourenys): wolfgang, nico
- promoting the game: joe, wolfgang, nico
- dreamcards: nico, eric, marcos
- virtual cards: joe, marcos, jambo, nico, eric
- alternative formats (Arda, Simplified, New Game ...): joe, eric, wolfgang
- UEP: eric, nico,
- JCP: marcos, karsten, mark
- marketplace: wolfgang, ted,
- national councils: karsten, nico, eric, wolfgang
- info-newsletter: wolfgang, nico, marcos,
i have nominated a leader (bold) for each part, who is a member of the COE (not necessarily THE expert). okay so?
any additions are very welcome!
i suggest the leaders start threads for each of these. or i fneeded, i can open a new sub-forum. (if not yet done so).
subforums are nice, cause then its much easier to add people, that are not in the COE.
