Region Movement always allowed for Hero Companies

I propose the following clarification be issued to explicitly state that two or more Hero companies may all move to the same site on the same turn using region movement. This is in line with the current status quo.

Clarification:
Two or more Hero companies may choose to use Region Movement and travel to the same site during the same turn.
