INFORMATION
Smoke Rings
Bring one resource or character from your sideboard or discard pile into your play deck and shuffle.
Weigh All Things To A Nicety
Bring one resource or character (including a Ringwraith) from your sideboard or discard pile into your play deck and shuffle.

From the MEWH rule book:
A hero resource card may not target/affect a minion site card or a minion resource card. A minion resource card may not target/affect a hero site card or a hero resource card.
Due to the above rule, it has been common practice in tournaments that Fallen-wizards cannot use these cards to fetch an opposite alignment resource. However, current debate on these cards has established that they actually do not target any character or resource. Rather, they target a player (if there is a target) who then performs an action. This means that these cards can bring any resource/character into the play deck. This would be a major change in the way these cards are commonly used by Fallen-wizards today in tournaments. The current vote aims to establish whether this effect is wanted by the community or not.

BALLOT ITEM # 11:
Which do you prefer? Pick one.

SMOKE RINGS / WEIGH ALL THINGS TO A NICETY
Option A:
May not be used to bring an opposite alignment resource card into your play deck. An opposite alignment character card is permitted.
Option B:
May be used to bring an opposite alignment resource or character card into your play deck.

CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR VOTE:
If you vote for OPTION A, then Smoke Rings and Weigh All Things to a Nicety will not be allowed to bring an opposite alignment resource card into your play deck.

If you vote for OPTION B, then Smoke Rings and Weigh All Things to a Nicety will be allowed to bring an opposite alignment resource card into your play deck.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
- In the majority of tournaments and organized events, the Option A interpretation has been upheld. If Option B is voted in, it would mean a significant change in tournament play.
