To assure a compatibility with future/hypothetical additions that would introduce a Dwarf and/or Hobbit allies, I propose the following change:

Cannot be played on a company with non-Dwarf or non-Hobbit allies.

The proposal misunderstands how the CRF works. It's just responding to a question about allies. And what is implied by the CRF is that if there were Dwarf/Hobbit allies, then they WOULD work. The CRF ruling is not suggesting that even if there were Dwarf/Hobbit allies, they would NOT work, as suggested by the proposal.
