Aiglos nad Dragon-Helm also have keywords separated by playability conditions (without apparent reason).

KEYWORDS
Several types of cards are referred to by the keyword included in the first few words of a card's text. For example, the text of a "spirit-magic" card starts with Magic. Spirit-magic; the text of a "wolf' card starts with Wolves: the text of a "Palantfr" starts with Unique. Palantir.
Besides, this is not a definition.
Keywords not only describe a cards. They also are used as reference to a cards described by a keyword.
Are not "spells", "light enchantments", "rituals" in text of In the Heart of his Realm a keywords?

Yeah. It's a description of cards. And besides Aiglos and Dragon Helm (though warrior only is a condition, not a keyword in these cards), some other cards have keywords later on in the cards. Corruption cards, etc. So it's not really consistent.

Though, with In The Heart of His Realm. It's just a reference to keywords. Not a keyword itself.

I'm convinced. Put the keyword in the middle. It has no change on the game but makes the card easier to understand.

If it appears that only primary use involves diplomat and only alternative use involves scout, why not to correct the text to reflect this state?

Diplomat only. [Primary use].
Alternatively Scout only [Alternative use].

I also find easier that way.

Ruse may be played by a Scout that is the only character in the company.

Not actually correct deduction there, and this point was already made.
