Card rarity discrepancies

I noticed the following rarity discrepancies with the CoE set lists:
* Lordly Presence: cardnum has as CB1 while CoE set list has as CB2.
* Tribal Banner: cardnum has as CB3 while CoE set list has as CB2.
* Lordly Presence: cardnum has as CB1 while CoE set list has as CB2.
* Tribal Banner: cardnum has as CB3 while CoE set list has as CB2.
