Filtering bug

If values are set to:
Set: The Lidless Eye
Type: Resource
Strict: Permanent-event
and then if I change value of Type to "Character"
Strict is reset to "All" but nothing is displayed.
I need to set Strict to anything other then "All" to have displayed any cards.
If instead of changing a value of Strict I switch back Type to "Resource" then Strict is set to "Permanent-event" as though the value of Strict were remembered somewhere.
Seems like that Strict is all time set to "Permanent-event" until manually changed later, despite of being displayed as set to "All". There is no card of Type "Character" that has Strict sub-type "Permanent-event", thus no card is displayed.
