A dwarf scout can Tap Thror's Map to reduce the strikes of an dragon
at home manifestion by -1 (to a minimum of 1).



but what about this one:

When you defeat a dragon creature place it with thror's map this creature may be stored with thror's map at a dwarf hold for an additonal 1 MP.

Funny, I have an Arda Thror's Map that also reduces strikes of athome, but, Arda is quite a different mechanism and killing dragons is way more difficult there then in constructed, coming with a big company and only needing to make one body roll for the dragon is quite good.

Anyway, Thor's Map is a very popular card I think, maybe you feel it's a bit boring, but there is no real need to virtualize it.
