dwarven influence

Hello,

Some of the bigger dwarves have various influence modifiers.

The first one is usually "+x influence against blue mountain dwarves/iron hill dwarves."

When looking at other characters, if they have an influence enhancement against a faction, the modifier will say for instance "+x influence against the wood elves faction".

Is the influence enhancer actually against the faction, or against other dwarves from the site?

I might be nit-picking on this one, but the fact the the word "faction" is not on the card makes me wonder.

Many people had such doubts, so there is appropriate record in CRF.

A character cannot use a bonus to direct influence against "Blue Mountain Dwarves"
to control characters with the home site Blue Mountain Dwarf-hold. The bonus only
applies to the faction.
