Hi,

If i play rebel talk on a follower, can i substract the mind of this character of the GI, for playing muster disperses in the same m/h phase?
A character removed from the control of direct influence outside the organization phase does not need to be controlled by general influence until that player's next organization phase.
So the answer is: no, you cannot subtract the mind of the Rebellious character
