Question regarding the Witch-King
Good luck with this. This has been one of my personal bugbears for years and there's still no consensus. There are so many ambiguities and loopholes in the rules for playing characters and in the multitude of cards that also enable characters to be played (Thrall of the Voice, Bad Company, We Have Come to Kill, A Chance Meeting, Black Horse, Helm of Her Secrecy, etc) that if the NetRep was to do only one more thing for MeCCG, I'd hope it would be to clarify all these in one fell swoop. Until that day happens, which I doubt ever will, I suggest you play as best suits your playgroup.
