A Small Question -- Orders from Lugburz and By the RW's Word

My vote for Lugburz
is that an overt company can have two leaders; one must be a Troll leader. This benefit is great in itself; I think other intepertations will be too powerful.
So no elves or dwarves. Size limit is still 7.
