tapping when using skill cards

Hi,

Certain resource cards require a character to have a certain skill, but do not seem to require the character to tap.

Are there some cards that require a skill, e.g. ranger, but you dont have to tap to use?

Muster
Many Turns and Doublings
Hiding
Risky Blow
