If i want to influence with a hero character a minion character, is there the basic modifier +5 (minion) AND +5 (cross alligment) or only +5 for minion?

Sorry read that wrong to influence a minion char with a hero char you would just face the -5 cross alignment penalty. However the minion player would also get their +5 GI for being minion. So you're already looking at 10 difference to start.

There is a -5 modifier to influence attemps made by characters controlled by minion player against hero player's characters, or resources. And vice versa.
Fallen wizard player counts as hero player for this purpose.
Whether target characters, or resources of FW player are hero, or minion does not matter here.
A minion players have 5 general influence points that cannot be used to controll a characters, that additionally help them against influence attempts (all, not only that made by opponents of opposite alignment).

Ok - thx so we played it right.
At Took´s rule document it should be added in influencing section. Its inside but at two different positions. Ist not written clear, if anybody look for this at "Influence Check".
Also if you influence a faction cross alligment bye playing the card (faction) . Ist written it counts 0. But so its visa versa +5.

It is not wrong. Your roll must beat 0, but there modifiers to the roll (unused GI of faction's owner, -5 for cross-alignment influence attempt and other).
