Can you discard an agent at a home site or haven?

Oh, this may sound crazy too, but Agents don't use Gen. Influence do they, I am 99.979% sure they don't but you guys these last 13 years have BUTCHERED these rules :P The rules are pretty much whatever you guys have argued for HAH! I can't believe the rule where when your Avatar dies you DON'T LOOSE! That's the craziest rule change I have ever seen. Talk about a different game completely!

If played as a character you can as any other character. If played as a hazard you can't discard an agent in this way.

Btw, it was not us guys that "butchered" the rules. ICE itself made the rules change for eliminated Wizards for official tournament play. For casual play you are still free to play the old way like a player looses when his Wizard dies.

Indeed, the great debate of the past decade was whether anybody but ICE had permission to butcher the rules, and whether what the NetRep team was doing constituted "Butchery." :)
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.
